- Clarified legal bases for processing: user consent, contract performance, legitimate interest and Ukrainian law requirements.
- Added referral program terms: code, client bonus, partner percentage, anti-abuse limits and accrual moment.
- Added a document set that may apply to projects: offer, policy, scope, invoice, acceptance act, NDA and addenda.
- Added return from legal documents to registration without losing entered fields or the current step.
What changed in practice
Privacy and dataVersion 3.1 details the collection of contact, technical, communication and project data, plus retention periods, processor sharing and user rights.
Offer and documentsThe offer now expands acceptance terms, priority of individual documents, stage acceptance, payment, liability and the supporting document set.
Referral programAdded a dedicated block about referral codes, bonuses for new clients, partner rewards after paid completed projects and CherryX-Digital's right to review suspicious accruals.
